# 驗收單

驗收單，也可以叫驗屋單。是用來提供建商、營造、代銷，執行客戶的驗屋紀錄以及發送管理修繕結果之用。

根據設計，可以用在一般建案，辦公室、工廠。

可以分為自驗、初驗、複驗。

最重要的，Jobdone另外還有代驗APP，可以給代驗公司使用。若客戶有找代驗，你可以一鍵將所有的缺失內容匯入驗收單，再逐筆確認是否真的是瑕疵，需要真的開立要求廠商改善。
