# 協力廠商 / 外部聯絡人

「協力廠商 / 外部聯絡人」功能主要用於統籌與專案合作之各分包商、材料商及外部監督單位（如監造建築師、業主代表）之資訊。透過本功能，管理人員能有效建立常態性的廠商資料庫，將各廠商的企業統一編號、主要聯絡窗口、電話及電子郵件進行集中化管理，以利後續於工程單據、會議紀錄與缺失指派時能快速勾選調閱。

本功能依據辦公室行政維護與工地現場執行的不同需求，區分為「網頁版」與「行動端 App 版」雙平台操作，兩者在功能定位上略有不同：

**定位：**進階資料維護與批量建檔。

**功能：**側重於大數據量的廠商資料新增、修改與刪除。管理人員可在網頁端建立完整的廠商名冊與多組聯絡人資訊，並進行分類（協力廠商類別），適合辦公室行政、專案控管人員等於專案前期執行基礎資料建置。

**定位：**現地即時查閱與通訊聯絡。

**功能：**側重於施工現場的實務應用。現場人員可隨時檢索已建檔的協力廠商名冊，並透過行動裝置執行即時電話撥打或郵件發送；App端主要提供資料查閱與快速聯繫功能，不開放涉及系統底層之廠商編列與大規模修改。
